SESSION 2: OCTOBER 26th, 12 - 1:30pm EDT
Coach the Person. Unlock the Performer. Care Without Carrying.
Connecting with athletes, unlocking their motivation, working with resistance and building accountability that does not cost you the relationship, so you are no longer the only one in the room carrying it.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO...
Reach an athlete in the moment when pushing harder is clearly making it worse?
Have athletes who think for themselves under pressure?
Give tough feedback and keep the relationship strong?
Find out what actually drives an athlete and build the season around it?
Coaching gets harder when you are the only one in the room carrying it. This session is about what changes when an athlete starts thinking for themselves, and what you get back when they do.
SESSION 1: SEPTEMBER 30th, 7:30 - 9pm EDT
