About Event

For anyone who wants to spend less time passively consuming and more time actively using their brain.

If you want to read more, think more clearly, spend less time on your phone, build better attention habits, and get back to doing things with your hands, 75 Smart is for you.

Think 75 Hard, but for your brain.

75 Smart is a 75-day Quiet Brain Club challenge built around simple daily practices: reading, writing by hand, spending time outdoors, working with your hands, meditating, and reducing constant digital stimulation.

We start together on September 11 and finish on November 24, just before Thanksgiving.

This isn't about doing 75 days perfectly. It's about showing up consistently — and doing it together.

You'll check in each day, earn points for the practices you complete, see your progress on the community leaderboard, and contribute to the Club Score. Your consistency helps move the whole club forward.

Join the live kickoff to learn:

  • What 75 Smart is and how it works

  • The daily practices and why they're included

  • How daily check-ins, points, the Club Score, and leaderboard work

  • How to register and save your personal check-in link

  • How to participate alongside the QBC community

  • Q&A

The challenge begins September 11. No prior QBC event or experience is required.

About The Quiet Brain Club

The Quiet Brain Club is a community built around training the brain — particularly attention, creativity, cognitive fitness, and our ability to regulate and recover in a world of constant stimulation.

We bring together research, practical training, and community to explore a simple idea: the brain, like the body, benefits from deliberate practice.

About your host

Shalaka is the founder of The Quiet Brain Club. Her work brings together nearly 20 years of combined experience across technology, teaching, and mind-body practices.

She spent much of her career in Silicon Valley engineering, including at Apple, before spending years studying and teaching attention-based practices, meditation, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation. Her work with QBC explores how we can apply both research and practice to actively train the human brain.
