As we move toward the darkest weeks of the year, we gather to explore what lives beneath the surface.
The desires we judge.
The impulses we control.
The appetites we hide.
The parts of ourselves we've labelled too much, inappropriate, selfish, shameful—or even sinful.
For this Temple of Devotion, we journey through the Seven Deadly Sins: Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride.
But we aren't gathering to decide what is good or bad about us.
We're gathering to get curious.
What lives underneath our lust when we stop being ashamed of wanting?
What does gluttony reveal about our hunger and capacity to receive?
What if greed contains something about desire, ambition, and our willingness to ask for more?
What becomes possible when sloth gives us permission to stop striving?
What truth has our wrath been protecting?
What does envy reveal about the life we secretly long for?
And what if pride isn't arrogance, but an invitation to fully inhabit who we are?
Rather than banishing these parts of ourselves to the shadows, we'll meet them consciously through ritual, embodiment, connection, and erotic exploration.
Because sometimes the parts we've been taught to suppress contain tremendous amounts of our life force, truth, desire, pleasure, and power.
The evening begins with ritual and guided partner, group, and solo practices designed to cultivate safety, presence, curiosity, and authentic connection. Together, we'll journey through the archetypal energy of the Seven Deadly Sins—not as rules to break or behaviours to perform, but as doorways into deeper self-awareness and expression.
From there, the space opens into embodied exploration, creativity, play, sensuality, pleasure, and connection.
This is a sober, consent centered gathering. Every experience is invitational, and you are always at choice. Beginners are warmly welcome.
What Is an Erotic Temple?
An Erotic Temple is a sober, sex-positive and sex-forward, consent-centered gathering devoted to exploring eros, embodiment, intimacy, pleasure, and authentic expression.
Inspired by the spirit of Tantra, we honour eros as a sacred life force that invites us into deeper connection with ourselves, one another, and life itself. Rather than separating spirituality from the body, we explore the wisdom of desire through presence, curiosity, reverence, and choice.
At its heart, Temple is a practice of authenticity. It is an opportunity to set aside performance, meet yourself honestly, and discover what becomes possible when pleasure, presence, play, and devotion come together.
Our Intention
Our gatherings are intentionally curated to support meaningful connection, embodied exploration, creative expression, and a culture rooted in integrity, consent, respect, and care.
Journey Through the Seven Deadly Sins is ultimately an invitation to meet more of yourself.
Not to indulge every impulse.
Not to transcend it.
But to become curious about the parts of yourself you've been taught to exile—and discover what wisdom, desire, truth, and aliveness might be waiting there.
