1001: A Still Life, written by Michael Valladares, is a meditation on the nature of consciousness, love, and memory, loosely adapted from the golden-age Arabic book of tales, One Thousand and One Nights........
........at least that’s what 1001 is trying to be. Join us for a work-in-progress reading of this new play, scored to a live soundscape by Isaac Monheit.
We’ll gather at 1:30pm. The reading will begin at 2pm. There will be a brief feedback session following the reading.
