About Kanika
Kanika is the founder of Kanika’s Kitchen and Blend & Balance. She helps time-poor executives, business owners and families, particularly women, make daily nutrition simpler and more achievable.
She is also known for her Melbourne supper clubs, which bring food lovers, professionals and creatives together through Indian-inspired menus, storytelling and a shared table.
Blend is a nutrient-dense nut, seed and spice mix, while Balance is a seed-cycling mix created especially for women. Both are made from whole ingredients and designed to fit easily into existing routines.
