A trained athlete, Charles discovered Pilates through his own rehabilitation, a revelation that transformed his relationship with his body and movement.

A graduate of A-Lyne in Paris in 2021, he has since continuously refined his skills in the method in its entirety, studying with Carolina Sendic and international luminaries such as Javier Velasquez.

Demanding and precise sessions, grounded in the fundamental principles of the method—centering, control, fluidity, and breath—provide a deep, powerful, and intelligent workout. Rigorous yet supportive, it offers a space to better understand your body, regain alignment, and progress safely.
