The event will bring together experts from Europe and Japan to examine how the two jurisdictions are approaching some of the key regulatory questions shaping the digital asset ecosystem.
The discussion will compare regulatory developments and industry experiences across both markets, with a particular focus on stablecoin regulation, as well as the evolving relationship between wallets and DeFi and related AML/CFT considerations.
Through two panel discussions featuring European and Japanese experts, the webinar will explore areas of convergence and divergence between the two regulatory approaches, the practical implications for industry, and what Europe and Japan can learn from each other as their respective frameworks continue to evolve.
