Youth Speak Forum 2026
Between Opportunity and Risk: What AI Really Means for the Mind and Career of the Future Professional

Organised by AIESEC SGH × PAIR UW

Will AI take my job? Is it making me smarter, or am I slowly forgetting how to think for myself? Will my degree still matter in five years?

If you’ve asked yourself any of these questions, you’re not alone. Almost every student already uses AI to write, study and work faster. But hardly anyone has prepared us for what it does to our focus, creativity and confidence, or how it will reshape the job market we’re about to enter.

What is the Youth Speak Forum?

Youth Speak Forum is a student-led conference for young people. It brings together business representatives, AI experts and voices from the UN for an open, honest conversation about artificial intelligence. We treat AI as more than technology: it also affects how we think and how our careers will look. Our goal is to give young people a real voice in this discussion.

What topics will be explored?

  • Your mind: How does everyday AI use affect our thinking?

  • Your career: How businesses are approaching the AI revolution? Is it true that “AI won’t replace you, but someone who uses AI will”?

  • Your choices: How can you use AI efficiently and to your own advantage, consciously, critically and with awareness of its environmental cost?

What can you gain from YSF?

  • Practical knowledge about using AI wisely in your studies and at work

  • Interactive workshops

  • Space to share your concerns and put difficult questions directly to the speakers

  • Networking with peers, companies and organisations shaping the future of work

Youth Speak Forum is an AIESEC initiative that connects young people’s voices with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This edition focuses on two of them:

  • SDG 4 – Quality Education: building AI literacy, critical thinking and the learning skills young people need in a world shaped by AI.

  • SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth: preparing young people for a changing labour market and connecting them with the employers and experts who are shaping it.
