About Event

Some relationships stay with us long after they've changed or ended. A parent. An ex. A friendship that fell apart. A version of yourself you're still making peace with.

This evening we'll go somewhere words don't usually reach.

Through guided meditation, carefully chosen music and intuitive singing, I'll lead you on a deep inner journey to meet whatever relationship is asking for your attention. Not to analyse it or talk about it - but to encounter it differently, through your intuition and amazing capacity for imagination.

There will be time for talk and integration afterwards. You'll leave with something shifted, even if you can't quite name it yet.

What to expect: A guided meditation tailored to the group, intuitive singing and carefully curated music, and space for integration afterwards.

Come as you are. You'll intuitively know what you need to work on, even if you only have a vague sense of it now.
