Join us for a spirited workout designed introduce the flow of Younger 2027. This class will help you to understand the expected training rhythm ahead of the official competition, which will run from September 2026 through to July 2027.

⌛️Younger 2027 is a 6 month long competition focusing on improving 3 functional metrics (in addition to aging clocks) commonly associated with longer lifespan: VO2 max, grip strength, and sit to stand.
About the Facilitator:
Ian White (NASM) is the founder and CEO of DRIVEN, a venture studio specializing in founder performance and visibility. He and his team will be facilitating the San Francisco, CA group training sessions 2x per week for the duration of the event.
