​Tadeu Cunha is Vice President of Technology, Innovation & Data at AVIPAM Viagens & Turismo in Brazil. With 30 years of experience in business technology, including 20 years in the travel industry, he brings extensive expertise in technology strategy, innovation, data and AI. Tadeu is also a member of the Skål International Technical Committee and actively involved in the Brazilian technology and tourism ecosystem through SUCESU São Paulo and Skål International São Paulo.

​Burcin Turkkan, MBA, CHE is an AI Governance & Workforce Transformation Strategist and doctoral researcher at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, her work focuses on the intersection of AI, workforce transformation, talent strategy and hospitality. She is also an AI Council Member at HFTP and Former World President of Skål International, bringing a truly global perspective on leadership, technology and the future of hospitality.
