PURPOSE & DIRECTION | Virtual Class | For Boys & Girls | 60 Minutes | 4 Weeks in Nov | Live | Small Group (20 Seats) | 5pm EST
Helping young people move from uncertainty to a clearer understanding of their strengths, interests, direction, and meaningful contribution.
This 4-week live formation experience gives young people space to explore what they are naturally drawn to, what they do well, what matters to them, and how those clues can begin shaping purposeful choices. Through guided reflection, practical exercises, group conversation, and real-life application, participants begin developing direction without the pressure of having their entire future figured out.
WHO IT’S FOR
This program is for young people who may:
feel unsure about their strengths, interests, or direction
have many interests but struggle to know where to focus
compare their future with friends or peers
lack motivation because they do not see the meaning behind what they are doing
feel pressure to already know what they want to become
need help connecting their interests and abilities to meaningful contribution
be ready to think more intentionally about their future
WHAT TO EXPECT
Participants will explore questions such as:
What am I naturally good at?
What activities energize or interest me?
What matters to me and why?
What strengths am I developing?
How can what I carry be useful to other people?
What can I start doing now instead of waiting until I know everything?
The experience may include strengths exploration, guided reflection, vision exercises, practical challenges, group discussion, personal projects, and parent reinforcement.
Where appropriate, participants will also explore God-given gifts, stewardship, calling, service, and the responsibility to develop what has been placed within them.
The goal is not to force a young person to choose a career. It is to help them begin recognizing direction and taking purposeful next steps.
