Announcing the High Performance Manager and Master Trainer Programs
As consultants, coaches, and organizational practitioners, many of us are feeling the same tension:
The demand for performance is rising, while the human cost of how work gets done is becoming unsustainable.
This introductory session explores two connected initiatives within the Compassion 2.0 ecosystem that are designed to meet that tension with rigor, integrity, and depth:
• Flourishingly High-Performance Manager Program
• Compassion 2.0 Master Trainer Program
While distinct, these programs are intentionally designed to work together to support the scalable adoption of flourishing, care-based performance inside organizations.
In this session, Laura (Lois) Greenwood and Carson D. Kelly will introduce both programs and share the thinking behind their design.
The High-Performance Manager Program is a practical, scientifically informed intervention focused on one of the most overlooked drivers of performance: how managers navigate difficult, high-stakes, emotionally charged conversations. With over 30 years of deployment into organizations, the methodology is grounded in contemplative science and Tibetan Buddhist Mind Training, while remaining fully secular, pragmatic, and oriented toward real organizational outcomes. Now underneath the Compassion 2.0 umbrella, the program enters a limited beta in July 2026 with three organizations, followed by a broader launch in September.
The Master Trainer Program provides the certification and integrity backbone that allows this work to scale. Designed for experienced practitioners, it prepares a small cohort of Master Trainers to deliver and teach Flourishingly programs, beginning with certification in the High-Performance Manager methodology. Master Trainers are not expected to certify in every program—only those that align with their professional path. The first cohort begins in April 2026.
This session is an opportunity to:
• Hear directly from the creators
• Understand the intent, structure, and philosophy behind both initiatives
• Explore fit—as an organization, practitioner, or prospective Master Trainer
For those considering the Master Trainer pathway:
Only 12 Master Trainers will be invited in 2026, with 8 spots remaining. The model includes meaningful revenue opportunities through Compassion 2.0 programs, as well as independent client work, revenue share when bringing clients into the ecosystem, and future certifications as the portfolio expands.
If you’re looking for work that sits at the intersection of performance, care, and real-world application—this conversation may be worth your time.
