DCC 004 | TOUCH GRASS | a slow walk for the overthinking

​For one hour, your only job is to notice what you notice.

​TOUCH GRASS is a slow group walk for people whose thoughts won't settle, who want space for their minds to move without having to explain, perform, or figure it out.

​We'll walk through trees, past water, across open ground. You might notice sounds, textures, light, and other people, where your attention drifts. You might notice nothing at all. Both are fine.

​Some people will talk. Some will walk quietly. Both are equally welcome.

​This isn't a fitness walk, a mindfulness workshop, or a networking event. There's no agenda, no facilitation, no outcome to reach.

​Just movement, presence, and an hour where your attention belongs to you.
