Family Math Night: Maplewood Elementary
Math isn't one skill. It's four.
Join us for a free, hands-on evening where your child takes on four challenge tables, one for each of the four ways of being good at math.
Meet the four Masters
🥷 Number Ninja - speed and confidence with numbers
🧙 Why Wizard - seeing why the math actually works
🧭 Code Captain - spotting the math hiding in a real situation
🧩 Logic Legend - cracking a puzzle when there's no formula to follow
How the night works
Every child gets a MathFit Compass at the door. Clear a challenge and the Master stamps it, and hands over a collectible pin. Four tables, four stamps, four pins.
Once the Compass is full, take it to the last station and open a sealed card that names your child's MathFit profile - one of six, and every single one is written as a strength.
Nothing is scored. Nothing is ranked. Nobody is compared to anybody else. Every child finishes, and every child leaves with something.
Come and go at your own pace
Drop in any time between 5:30 and 7:30. Do the tables in any order. Stay for twenty minutes or the whole two hours. Parents walk the tables alongside their child, so this is something you do together, not something you watch.
What goes home
The stamped Compass, everything made at all four tables, four pins and the profile card - all in a Cuemath tote that's yours to keep.

Registering more than one child?
Please register each child separately. We prepare a Compass and a full set of challenge materials for every registered child, so each registration is how we know to pack another set.
Add a "+1", "+2" to your email address so each one is unique - all your confirmations still arrive in your normal inbox.
yourname@gmail.com → yourname+1@gmail.com → yourname+2@gmail.com
Space is limited, so please sign up early. Materials are prepared ahead of the night based on registrations.
Hosted by the Maplewood PTA with Cuemath.
