Join us for a special edition of Womenize! Connects as we kick off Games Ground 2026 together!
Before the excitement of Games Ground begins the following day, we're bringing the Games community together for an evening dedicated to meaningful conversations, new connections, and shared perspectives from across the games industry.
We'll start the evening with panel followed by an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, meet familiar faces, and get to know new ones in a welcoming atmosphere.
PANEL: You Belong Here: Finding Your Place in Games
What does it take to feel that you belong in an industry, especially when you don't always see yourself represented?
In this panel, speakers from across the games industry will share personal experiences of finding their place, navigating moments of self-doubt, and discovering what helped them move forward. From overcoming challenges to finding supportive communities and learning to trust their own abilities, we'll talk about the experiences that shape our sense of belonging.
An honest conversation about the ups and downs of building a career in games, the importance of representation and support, and the things we wish we'd known earlier in our journeys.
Whether you're just starting out, finding your next step, or have been in the industry for years, join us for a conversation about making space for yourself and others in games.
Who is the event for?
Womenize! Connects particularly aims to create space for women and marginalized genders working in or aspiring to join the games industry. However, everyone is welcome, regardless of gender. We warmly invite allies to join us, too!
Whether you're new to the industry, have been part of it for years, or simply want to connect with like-minded people, we'd love to see you there.
Let's connect before Games Ground kicks off!
A big thank you to SAE for hosting us, to Nitrado and Kickstarter for supporting this edition.
