Full Moon Sound Bath

Join Dr. Asia — The Soulful Creatrix — for a Full Moon Sound Bath at The Studio 1016 in West Palm Beach's Warehouse District. You'll rest or
sit comfortably while the tones of crystal bowls and other instruments wash over the room. No experience needed — the only thing you have to
do is show up and breathe.

The full moon is a natural pause point in the month. Come set down whatever it's piled on, and refill with something steadier. Each Full Moon sound bath curates the energy of the month into an exploration within.

Doors open at 6:15 — arrive a few minutes early to find your space and settle in, enjoy community and take a look around. We'll have light appetizers and drinks in case you're just getting off of work. 

What to bring: Premium Vibes Experience ticket holders need only bring your favorite journal and your heart ready for an opening experience -- your premium mat, blanket and eye mask await you up front and near the bowls. Everyone else bring your journal and a mat, blanket, and anything that helps you get comfortable.
