​Manifest at UCI is excited to host a fireside chat with Tom Donnelly, the President & CEO of Mazda North American Operations.

​With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Tom is a seasoned expert in retail strategy, branding, and dealer relations. Since taking the helm in April 2023, he has steered Mazda through a transformative era, culminating in a historic 2024 performance where the brand smashed its all-time U.S. sales record with over 424,000 vehicles sold. With over 15 years of leadership at Mazda, Tom has been a driving force behind the brand's shift toward the premium market.

​Before ascending to CEO, Tom built a formidable reputation across the automotive landscape. His journey includes nearly a decade at Subaru of America and key leadership roles at J.D. Power and Associates and Autobytel.com, giving him a unique 360-degree view of the industry—from the showroom floor to data-driven consumer insights.
