The Well Rested Woman - Autumn Dinner
Join us for the autumn edition of our Well Rested Woman series: an evening of connection, reflection and conversation for ambitious women who want to build a life where success and wellbeing can coexist.
As the days draw in and the season turns, autumn invites us to slow down, take a breath and let go of what we've been carrying. In a world that often asks us to do more, be more and keep pushing, this is a chance to make a little space for yourself.
Together, we'll explore what it means to be well-rested women, how our relationship with success shapes the way we rest, and how we can make more room for our wellbeing without letting go of the things we're working towards.
Through honest conversation, personal reflection and simple, practical tools, we'll build self-awareness, bring a little more mindfulness into our days, and strengthen the self-trust that helps us rest without guilt and pursue our ambitions in a way that feels more sustainable.
Hosted by Haven, a wellbeing community for women to rest, reconnect, and live well together, this dinner is a moment to pause, exhale, and be among women navigating similar chapters of life.
We'll talk about:
The pressure to constantly achieve, and how it can affect our wellbeing
Untangling our sense of worth from how much we do or achieve
Redefining success so that wellbeing is part of it, not a reward after exhaustion
Getting to know what you actually need, and learning to trust it
Simple, practical ways to centre rest and self-care in daily life
Expect gorgeous food, warm conversation, and a small, intimate table of like-minded women. No networking, no performance, just a cosy autumn evening to slow down and centre yourself.

Hosted by me, Carmen Joy Palmer
I’m a brand strategist and transformative wellbeing coach, exploring what it means to build a life where ambition and wellbeing can truly coexist.
My work explores the deeper relationship between success, identity and wellbeing - helping women deeply understand what is driving them, redefine what success means on their own terms, and design lives that feel both fulfilling and sustainable.
To me, becoming well-rested has meant healing my nervous system, redefining my relationship with rest, getting to know myself more deeply as a woman, and redefining what success truly means to me.
Through my content, coaching and growing community, I encourage women to centre rest, wellbeing and self-trust more intentionally in their lives. It's a privilege for me to create spaces for us to slow down, connect, and reflect on what it means to build a life where ambition and wellbeing can coexist.
