Big Voice Energy is a free, one-hour space for BIPOC women & femmes who are ready to explore their relationship to their voice, take up space with more ease, and reconnect with their power — on their own terms.
It’s a space to pause, journal, reflect, and witness each other in real time.
Whether you’ve felt stuck in self-doubt, exhausted by people-pleasing, or want more clarity on how to show up as an authentic leader in this season of life — this is for you.
🤓 What to Expect:
Grounding and intention-setting
Powerful journal prompts to deepen your connection to your voice
Small group breakout rooms to share in community
Coaching reflections and gentle calls to action to integrate your learnings post-workshop
You’ll leave with more clarity, more connection, and at least one concrete commitment to move forward — activating your voice in more authentic and unapologetic ways, while keeping your values intact.
Because leadership, speaking up, and taking up space don’t have to look like what we were taught.
They can look like truth-telling, boundary-honoring, joy-seeking, and community-building rooted in what matters most to you.
✨ Bonus (and keepin’ it real)
This space stands fully on its own — not a sleazy sales pitch disguised as a workshop.
But — AND — I will share a few details about my 5-week group course, Activate Your Voice, starting August 20th. This workshop is a beautiful, no-pressure way to feel into it if you're even a little curious.
You’ll leave this hour with more clarity, courage, and connection — whether or not you decide to go deeper.
Please note that by signing up, you'll be subscribing to my weekly-ish newsletter, which features all things leadership and love notes. You can opt out at any time.
👋🏽 About Your Coach
Hey, I’m Nadia De Ala — international leadership coach, facilitator, artist, and founder of Real You Leadership.
Since 2017, I’ve coached 280+ BIPOC women & femmes to speak up, take up space, and lead with unapologetic clarity. I support folks navigating career pivots, creative dreams, and leadership roles across all realms of busy and life — always centering liberation, love, intuition, and power.
As the proud daughter of Filipino immigrants, a first-gen California-born kid, and a current immigrant living in Oaxaca, Mexico — I know what it means to be the only in spaces not made for us and the first to dare to dream bigger and do the damn thing.
I spent years in tech as the “only” — the only woman, the only person of color — and took what I learned to build coaching spaces where we don’t shrink, assimilate, or settle.
I don’t do corporate jargon. I believe in questioning oppressive systems before we ever question ourselves.
I help BIPOC women and femmes reclaim the leadership that’s already in them — and become unf*ckwithable in the process.
Looking forward to share space with you at Big Voice Energy!
💜 Nadia
