About Event

Let’s talk real for a moment 👀

Property used to feel straightforward. Now? Not so much.

Prices are high, yields feel thinner, and everyone seems to have a different opinion.

You don’t want hype.
You don’t want fear-based headlines.
You just want to know - does property still make sense for you now?

If you’re looking for clarity, logic, and real-world context before making a big decision, this session is for you!

ABOUT THE EVENT

📅 Date: 6th March 2026, Friday
⏰ Time: 7.30 PM – 11.00 PM
📍 Venue: Colony, KL Eco City
🍻 Food & drinks powered by Connor's

IMPORTANT NOTE: This event is in collaboration with Connor’s Stout Porter (If you drink, don’t drive. For non-Muslims, aged 21+ only)

WHAT TO EXPECT 💡

A chill Friday night where we break down how to think about property decisions in 2026 - calmly, logically, and without pressure.

We’ll cover real numbers, real scenarios, and the trade-offs most people overlook:

  • Whether property still makes sense vs EPF, FD, and passive investing

  • Rent vs buy decisions without emotional bias

  • Market fears: crash vs correction, and what history actually shows

  • How to approach property with margin of safety in 2026

No hype. No selling.

Just honest discussion, practical frameworks, and a clearer way to think about your next move - all in a relaxed community setting over Connor’s beers 🍻
