​Our hearing has been rescheduled, and this is a crucial step in residents’ legal challenge to Hobart’s data center rezoning and site plan approvals.

​The City, the developers, and Amazon are asking the court to dismiss our challenges. Our attorneys are asking the judge to rule that the approvals were not supported by the evidence and did not follow the law.

​The hearing is limited to 90 minutes of oral arguments. The judge will consider the written record, submitted exhibits, and arguments from both sides. This is not a full trial, and there will be no public testimony or presentation of new evidence.

​These decisions affect our homes, our families, and Hobart’s future. If you can attend, please come show your support for the residents asking for accountability and enforceable protections.
