All event registrations and payments made through ECTA are 

Once a registration has been completed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, including in cases of cancellation, non-attendance, change of plans, or inability to attend the event.

In the event that ECTA cancels an event, registered participants will be informed of the applicable arrangements.

By registering for an ECTA event, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Ready to explore some of Brussels’ bars with your fellow trainees? Join us for an evening of 

drinks, good company and discovering a few new spots around the city

, giving you the chance to meet other trainees, chat, have a drink and experience some of Brussels’ nightlife along the way.

 We’ll split everyone into smaller groups/teams for the evening, so make sure to 

 to secure your spot. And if you register, please make sure you can actually make it — we want to keep the spots available for people who are committed to joining!
