About Event

Ask a capable woman what she's accomplished in the last two years and watch her go blank.

The usual diagnosis is imposter syndrome. I think that's wrong, and I think it's insulting.

Here's what's actually happening. She can't name her work because she can't see it. It's on a Drive she lost access to. In a Slack she was removed from. Credited to "the team." Or it's maintenance work: the outage that never happened, the client who didn't churn, and prevention doesn't leave an artifact.

The evidence isn't missing from her memory. It's missing from her possession.

In 90 minutes, we go get it back.

This is a working session, not a talk. You'll build a searchable record of your own uncredited work using three techniques most professionals have never been shown.

One. Boolean search operators to mine your own inbox and Drive for evidence you forgot existed.

Two. A structured ledger, a database rather than a document, that counts what you actually have custody of.

Three. A capture pipeline you build live: a form on your phone that logs a win in twenty seconds, forever.

Most women leave with twelve to twenty items and a number that changes how they think about their career.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

A written inventory of your own invisible work. A custody map showing where each piece actually lives. Three retrieval methods you can rerun any time your memory goes blank. And an automation you built yourself.

WHO IT'S FOR

Women who are good at their jobs and can't point to a single piece of public evidence of it. If you've ever frozen in an interview on a question you should have been able to answer in your sleep, this is for you. No technical requirement. Nothing to prepare.

THE HONEST PART

Yes, this ends with an offer. At the 80-minute mark I'll spend about two minutes on a paid weekend I run called Built by Sunday, then stop. Nothing in the first 80 minutes changes based on whether you buy anything, and if you leave before the offer you'll have gotten the whole thing I promised.

BRING

A laptop, and your work calendar open in another tab.

Cameras optional, always. Chat counts as being here. Can't make it live? Register anyway, the recording goes to everyone.
