​🎤 Dimitrie’s story: six languages, an international career, and dyslexia

​At the heart of our first event is Dimitrie Ichim. Living with dyslexia, he has studied in different countries, speaks six languages fluently, and built an impressive international business career. Today, he combines his commercial leadership at ServiceNow with his role as Regional Lead for TruAbility EMEA, advocating for accessibility, neurodiversity, and inclusion.

​Dimitrie will share the story behind that journey—not just the achievements, but the challenges, lessons, and people who helped him move forward.

​⚡ Together, we’ll explore how the strengths we call neurodivergent “superpowers” can become real advantages in our careers and everyday lives—with the right tools, support, and opportunities.

​And he won’t be the only one sharing. We’ll announce one or two surprise guests ahead of the event, each bringing their own personal story of neurodivergence.

​Whether your experience includes dyslexia, autism, ADHD, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, or another form of neurodivergence, you don’t need to have it all figured out to belong here.

​This is a place to be yourself, have honest conversations, and meet people you can learn from—and who can learn from you.
