How do women rise together—and stay lifted?

In a world where leadership can feel isolating, especially for Asian women navigating corporate spaces, the power of sisterhood becomes transformative.

Moderated by Abigayle Peterson, join us for an intimate and insightful panel discussion featuring two trailblazing leaders—Lucy Ni and Claire Fang—as they share how mentorship, allyship, and genuine connection have shaped their careers. Together, they’ll explore what it means to support other women while navigating high-stakes environments, building teams, and leading with authenticity.

In this conversation, you’ll learn:

  • What mentorship looks like at the executive level

  • How to build (and sustain) meaningful professional relationships

  • Navigating career pivots and leadership transitions

  • How allyship shows up in real, practical ways

  • The hidden barriers Asian women face—and how sisterhood helps break them

Whether you're an early-career professional or an established leader, this panel will leave you inspired and equipped to cultivate the kind of community that elevates everyone.
