LOVE LAND: REGATHER MEDITATION (free in person gathering)
REGATHER
a fall outdoor meditation experience
Join Tara for Love Land: REGATHER, a special outdoor experience with meditation and creative wellness in Prospect Park.
We’ll spend the early afternoon sharing a guided meditation, gentle sound bath, food, and laughter.
The afternoon will include:
✨ guided meditation + a dharma talk
🎶 a live sound bath with tongue drum, vocals + percussion
🍵 pot luck + tea
🤝 community connection + plenty of love
Bring yourself, a blanket and cushion to sit on, and a few extra layers as it may be chilly. Feel free to bring something to share for the pot luck. We will provide the plates and cutlery.
Most of all, come ready to be present, be kind, and enjoy our time together. We will plan to meet by the Picnic House.
This gathering is free and open to all. Donations appreciated 👇
If you’d like to support Love Land and Tara, donations are warmly welcomed via venmo @tararookstudios.
please note: this is an alcohol- and drug-free gathering.
