Making the Invisible Visible: Map Your Life
Life today is noisy: we are bombarded with a constant feed of what we should be doing, goals we should set, how we should live. AI dials up that noise. This event turns it back down by starting not with the algorithm, but with you.
Thena’s Life Map is a reflection tool grounded in wellbeing research and inspired by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the Personal Wellbeing Index (PWI). It maps your life as a portfolio, showing where your energy actually goes, what’s out of alignment, and where change would matter most.
Join us 4 - 5 PM Thursday November 12th for a small guided exercise followed by rich discussion on the questions that matter most, and then Venture Cafe.
How it works:
Bring a laptop. You’ll spend about 15 minutes building your Life Map, turning the noise in your head into something you can work with. Then we’ll break into small groups for a guided conversation around the question that matters most: now that you can see your life, what might you want to change? And how can we help each other build the lives, and the community, we actually want?
Afterward, anyone who’s free is welcome to join us at Venture Cafe’s Thursday Gathering for drinks and more conversation.
Who it’s for:
Anyone whose list of “things that matter” has gotten too long, who feels stretched thin, or who doesn’t know where to start.
What you will leave with:
Your completed Thena Life Map to revisit
Clarity on what's pulling most right now
A small community working on the same question
