A practice-based space to slow down, reflect, and strengthen how you show up in your work and life.
Many of us work to create change in the world but rarely have a space to practice how we meet that work from the inside.
The Inner Leadership Gym is a place to do exactly that.
This is not a workshop or a training.
It’s a practice space.
Together, we explore and strengthen inner capacities such as:
awareness
presence
listening
staying with complexity
We do this through guided exercises, reflection, and dialogue, always connected to real situations from your life.
Who is it for
This space is for people working with sustainability, systems change, or meaningful transitions where the work is important, but also complex and demanding.
What to expect in this session
arrive and slow down
explore a real situation you’re navigating
practice with others in a small group
leave with something to notice in your daily life
No preparation needed. Just come as you are.
