Navigating Unexplained Infertility: A Holistic Path
An intimate workshop combining gut health, nutrition, hormones, and nervous system science – for women navigating infertility, who feel there may be more going on than standard tests can show.
Also, for those preparing for or currently going through treatments like IUI or IVF, who want to better understand and support their body alongside it.
What we’ll explore
Together, we look at fertility as part of a bigger picture.
Sonia (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner) will guide you through the physical layers that are often overlooked:
• Gut health & the microbiome
• Immune balance
• Mineral status
• Hormonal patterns
• Functional testing beyond standard care
Vivienne (founder of Florish) brings a complementary perspective – focusing on how the body responds to ongoing stress and uncertainty during the fertility journey.
Not just mentally, but physically – in the nervous system.
What you’ll experience
This is not just an educational session.
We move from information into experience.
• A simple body awareness exercise
• A short introduction to the nervous system
• A guided reflection to land what stood out
You won’t be asked to share.
But you’ll be invited to notice.
You might leave with
• A clearer understanding of why “unexplained” doesn’t always mean there is no underlying cause
• Insight into how different body systems are connected
• A new way of looking at your own body and symptoms
• Practical areas to explore with your practitioners
• A sense of clarity – instead of only more questions

Meet your hosts
Vivienne — Founder of Florish
Vivienne is the founder of Florish, a platform supporting women navigating the emotional side of the fertility journey. After experiencing unexplained infertility herself, she explored both medical and holistic approaches to understand the body during this process better. Through this process, she became increasingly aware of how much the body can hold during this journey, particularly in the nervous system, where prolonged stress, uncertainty, and emotional strain can quietly accumulate. With Florish, she now supports women through meditations, workshops, and nervous system practices that help them reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress patterns, and find steadiness during a time that can feel overwhelming and isolating.
