About Event

Course description: As leaves change color, so do we. Sometimes we can feel a life transition coming on; other times, it sneaks up on us. This two-class series is designed to honor whatever shifting circumstances or personal shapeshifting we are currently facing in our lives. Whether you're struggling to understand what this moment is asking of you, or well-aware of what needs to happen next, we will narrate this season of becoming in ways that feel true to our growth and development. Prompts are provided and sharing is optional.

Class will be held from 2-4 PM on the following dates:
