Confidence Accelerator: Show Up 2027
Event Name
Confidence Accelerator™: Show Up 2027
In partnership with brioHR
You're good at what you do.
But are people known for it?
Most professionals aren't held back by a lack of skill — they're held back by being unclear, invisible, or forgettable to the people who matter: hiring managers, clients, leadership, their own network.
Confidence Accelerator™: Show Up 2027 is a practical, interactive workshop for professionals, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs and experts who want to get clear on their value — and show up with the confidence to communicate it.
What you'll walk away with
Clarity on what you actually want to be known for
A simple way to talk about your value, without sounding scripted or salesy
A 30-day plan to start showing up more visibly — starting before you ever touch social media
Our methodology: Discover → Position → Show Up
Discover (Pulse) — get honest about your strengths, your proudest moments, and what actually sets you apart
Position (Transform) — turn that into a clear, simple way of describing your value
Show Up (Impact) — build the confidence and habits to communicate it consistently
Who this is for
HR Professionals, entrepreneurs, coaches who are good at what they do, but want more clarity, visibility and confidence in how they present themselves.
Special guest
Dr. Ingky (Dr. Lim Ing Kien, MD.) — a medical doctor turned entrepreneur, Co-founder of Ventamin, with 3M+ followers across social media. He'll join for a live conversation on confidence, presence and showing up authentically, plus Q&A.
Your trainer
Kathrina Chin, Founder of Ascend Pulse, HRD Corp Corporate Trainer, Certified Mindfulness & Happiness Coach, and host of the Reaching Lives with Kathrina podcast.
