Inspired by the gatherings Thomas Jefferson hosted at Monticello, Jeffersonian dinners are built around the belief that some of the most valuable conversations happen around a shared table — among people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
This dinner is intentionally designed for one conversation at a time. Guests speak to the room rather than only to the person beside them, creating space for thoughtful dialogue, honest reflection, and deeper connections.
Throughout the evening, we will explore questions around leadership, decision-making, incentives, trust, and the principles that guide how we build and operate businesses.
