Bond 101: Build Stronger Relationships and Ask for What You Need
You can know a lot of people and still feel unsure about who to reach out to, how to ask for support, or how to strengthen the relationships already around you.
Bond 101 is a practical, two-hour workshop for people who want to build more trusting relationships, feel better supported, and become more comfortable giving and receiving help.
Through guided reflection, small-group conversation, and hands-on activities, you will explore the five Bond practices: Visibility, Curiosity, Generosity, Participation, and Amplification.
You will leave with:
• A clearer picture of the relationships and communities around you
• Greater clarity about what you need and what you can offer
• A practical next step for strengthening an existing relationship
• Language and tools to make a clearer ask
• New conversations with people who also value community and mutual support
This is an interactive workshop, so come ready to reflect, talk, listen, and practice. You do not need to be outgoing or good at networking. You only need a willingness to take one meaningful step.
Length: 2 hours
Format: In person
Light refreshments included in the ticket price.
