About Event

✨ Donation-Based Event & Spot Confirmation

This event is donation-based, meaning there is no fixed participation fee. You’re welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you.

Due to the high level of interest and the limited number of spots (10 participants), I’m asking those who would like to secure their place to make their voluntary contribution in advance. This helps me confirm genuine attendance, plan the group, and keep the limited spots as fair as possible.

If you’d like to join but contributing at this time isn’t possible for you, please feel free to send me a message.

Description:

Winter is a season that can feel particularly heavy, especially emotionally.

Low energy, lack of motivation, sadness, irritability, and self-criticism often show up during the darker months, and many people assume something is “wrong” with them.

This interactive, in-person meetup offers a compassionate and realistic perspective on winter mental health. Instead of forcing positivity or productivity, we will focus on understanding what’s happening emotionally and how to support yourself during winter.

What We’ll Explore:
✅ Winter blues vs. depression: what’s normal and what needs attention
✅ Why winter affects mood, energy, and motivation (and why it’s not your fault)
✅ How to lower self-criticism and increase self-compassion in winter

Details You Need to Know:
📅 When: Tuesday, November 3, 2026 | 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Where: Zoku, Amsterdam
📝 What to Bring? A notebook, a pen, and an open mind

🚨 Limited Spots Available! 🚨
To keep the space safe, intimate, and interactive, this event is limited to 10 participants. Please RSVP only if you’re sure you can attend.

⏳ Arrive on Time! ⏳
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time and make the most of our shared space.

Why In-Person?
Winter can feel isolating. Meeting in person allows for real connection, shared experiences, and deeper reflection. This is a space to feel less alone and more understood.

About Your Host:

This event is hosted by Armandina Ramírez, psychologist and founder of www.nutrimind.life, specializing in expat mental health. Through Amsterdam Mental Health, she creates compassionate, practical spaces to talk about stress, burnout, emotional regulation, and life abroad.

✨ You’re not failing — winter is just hard.
Join us for an evening of understanding, connection, and gentle support.
