About Event

Dear Warrior Woman,

What if there was nothing you needed to fix in yourself, but rather something waiting to be heard?

Not a body to manage.

But a form of intelligence to listen to.

A circle for body, breath and inner freedom

For women who feel drawn to explore:

• pelvic tension or dysfunction

• hormonal or menstrual imbalances

• chronic stress or pain

• disconnection from the body

• or a deeper relationship with their creative power

Free To Be Me is a unique integration of yoga teacher training, bodywork, circle facilitation, and migraine-specific research, layered with lived experience of chronic pain and invisible illness.

This month, we gently explore the wisdom held within the womb, hips and pelvic bowl.

The pelvis is the seat of our creative power.

It is also a place where many of us hold tension, emotion, and untold stories.

Together, with curiosity and care, we create a space for embodiment, reflection, and release.

What to expect

In this circle, we will:

• move

• breathe

• meditate

• gently massage

• and listen to the body

You will be held in a grounded, supportive space, surrounded by women who understand.

No experience is needed.

Only your presence.

Together, we will be able to:

• soften the external noise

• tune into our inner knowing

• meet our body where it is

• listen to its cues and signals

• begin a journey of freedom from within

You may feel drawn to this space if…

• your pelvis or hips often hold tension or pain

• your body feels constantly switched on

• you sense emotion stored in this part of you

• you feel curious about reconnecting with your creative centre

If something in you softened while reading this, that may be your invitation.

It might feel like a full-body yes.

Or just the smallest pull of curiosity.

Both are enough.

A gentle note on safety

For some, the pelvis is a place of power and creativity.

For others, it may feel numb, tense, painful, or disconnected.

All of these experiences are welcome.

All of you is welcome here.

What you will need

• 90 minutes of uninterrupted space

• blankets, pillows or cushions

• space to sit and lie down

• loose, comfortable clothing

• massage oil (coconut or similar)

optional: something orange or red
