Service Design Careers 2026: The Application Toolkit (Sessions 2–5 Bundle)
Four live sessions covering every stage of a service design job application: your CV, cover letter, portfolio and interview. Book all four together and save 20%.
This bundle is for designers who want to build their whole application, not just patch one part of it. Each session builds on the last. By the end of November you’ll have a clear approach to every document and conversation between you and your next role.
What’s included
Nov 8: Crafting a Standout CV. ATS-friendly formatting, section-by-section guidance, articulating your practice and framing transferable skills.
Nov 15: The Cover Letter: Your Personal Pitch. Structure, showing fit, explaining your design philosophy, and tailoring efficiently for each role.
Nov 22: Building a Portfolio That Tells Your Story. Positioning, portfolio formats, storytelling, and presenting work under NDA.
Nov 29: Interviewing: Confidence and Strategy. Interview prep, common question types, and approaching design tasks.

About your host
I’m Disha, a senior service designer at the Cabinet Office (UK Civil Service) and founder of Service Design Careers. I’ve worked across the public and private sectors, including sustainability, pharma, mobility and luxury, with organisations like Google, Spotify, Sanofi and Camden Council. I lecture at the Royal College of Art, UAL, Glasgow School of Art, Politecnico di Milano and KISD, and have spoken at TEDx, Service Design Network and SDinGov.
I started Service Design Careers because I kept meeting talented designers who struggled to turn their skills into the right role. These sessions distil what I’ve learned from mentoring them.
