Listening for What's Next - A day of inner clarity and courage for women
💫 About the Event
A one-day, in-person experience for women ready for their next becoming.
🌸 What to Expect
This is not a lecture — it’s a guided, experiential day that blends reflection, education, gentle inquiry, and powerful, vulnerable mentorship through embodied modelling.
You can expect:
A supportive, non-judgmental group of women at similar life crossroads
Practical tools woven with embodied awareness
Clear, compassionate language around inner patterns (without pathologizing)
Space to reflect, feel, and integrate — not fix or force change
Humour and play mixed with moments of insight, relief, and unexpected tenderness
Opportunities to share, speak, be vulnerable and gain confidence doing so
We move at a human pace — honouring nervous systems, lived experience, and the wisdom already within you.
What You Will Learn
During the day, you’ll be gently introduced to two complementary frameworks:
✨ Saboteurs (Positive Intelligence)
Understand the inner “voices” that developed to protect you — but now limit you
Learn how fear, control, people-pleasing, avoidance, or self-criticism show up
Recognize these patterns without shame or self-attack
✨ INside-OWT (Embodied Inner Wisdom)
A body-based, soul-led way of listening inward
Learn how to sense truth through awareness, sensation, and presence
Reconnect with your innate knowing beyond stories and conditioning
Together, these approaches help you:
Reclaim inner authority
Navigate change without burning bridges — internally or externally
Release outdated loyalties and fears
Step into your next chapter with grounded confidence and self-trust
🫂 Who It’s For
This workshop is for women in their mid-40s, 50s, and beyond who are standing at a life threshold — whether approaching retirement, redefining identity, or sensing that familiar relationships, roles, or ways of being no longer fit.
You may be:
Feeling a quiet (or not-so-quiet) inner unrest
Outgrowing long-standing relationships, patterns, or expectations
Noticing fear, guilt, or self-doubt arise as you imagine “what’s next”
Longing for a deeper sense of freedom, purpose, and inner trust
Curious how your inner world shapes your outer life
This space is especially supportive for women who are insightful, empathic, and self-aware — and who are ready to understand what’s been holding the leash on their life.
