What does meaningful progress look like for women today?
Beyond breaking barriers, beyond competing in systems not built for us — what if evolution is something we design intentionally, together?
This International Women’s Day, join us for an interactive panel-meets-workshop experience exploring how women grow — internally, relationally, and collectively.
The afternoon is structured around five themes. Each segment includes: • A 10-15 minute micro-talk from a featured speaker • Followed by a guided small-group workshop activity • Reflection & facilitated discussion at each table This is not a passive panel — participants will actively engage after every topic.
The Future of Female Friendship We explore why kindness is our superpower — and how growth accelerates when women evolve together. This segment introduces a practical framework for intentionally designing your circle: from clarifying your core values and identifying “blueprint” friendships, to building a referral-based network, strengthening reputational capital through aligned relationships, creating intentional communities, and nurturing meaningful connections with the same intentionality you apply to your career or clients.
How To Never Be Lost How you can never be lost and always find your way forward. How women can wayfind both personally and professionally.
There Is No Neutral Fashion is the one facet of your professional life you’re not using intentionally. This talk reframes getting dressed as a strategic act — and explores how the signal you send every morning shapes who finds you, who trusts you, and how you’re valued.
The Status Game How belonging, recognition, and social positioning shape our choices — and how women can rewrite the rules. Inspired by ideas explored in The Status Game, this segment includes a guided reflection on which “status game” participants tend to play, followed by table discussions on reshaping status dynamics in women’s spaces.
No More Waiting: Designing Your Next Chapter What would change if you stopped waiting — for the right time, the right title, or someone else’s approval? This segment explores how to intentionally design your next chapter, move beyond hesitation, and take practical steps toward aligned growth and impact. Participants will reflect on what they’ve been postponing — and identify one clear action forward.
