Feel Good Yoga - Community Event

​Feel Good Yoga at LITTLE SISTER's loft in Neustadt is a community class focused on mindful Vinyasa-Hatha transitions and music-driven movement.

• ​Doors Open: 18:45

• ​Class Starts: 19:00 / Doors close strictly before the beginning of the class

• ​Cost: Donation-based (Recommended: 10 Euro)

​If you want to participate, please have the following in mind:

• ​BRING A YOGA MAT :) The loft does not provide extra mats.

• ​No Changing Rooms: A bathroom is available for quick changes, but it is highly recommended to arrive already dressed in your yoga gear.

• ​The Vibe: Diyana brings a fun, mindful and uplifting approach to yoga. Participants describe leaving the class feeling either "grounded, inspired, ready" or "energized, nurtured, centered".
