Female Founder Evening Flow | OFFLINE & Gathyr

​Join us for Female Founder Evening Flow by OFFLINE x Gathyr — a yang-yin yoga class held right on the beach as the sun goes down. This class centers on persistence, opening with movement and closing with stillness.

​We'll open with a mindful connection prompt as the sun dips toward the horizon, move through a fluid flow inspired by the rhythms of the ocean and the shift into late summer, and close with a reflective journaling moment to carry that steadiness into the season ahead.

​Class starts at 6:30 PM sharp. Arrive early to settle in.

​🏖️ What to Bring: Beach towel, pen and paper, water and warm layers, optional props (blankets, bolsters — can be shared)

​This is a donation-based class. Join us for free, or chip in $5 to support the materials the teacher brings.
