09:00 — Arrival: grab a coffee from a coffee shop
09:00–09:30 — Quick intros: introduce yourself and your plans for the day (1 min each)
09:30–12:00 — Deep work
12:00–12:30 — Wrap-up: share what you've done, if you're comfortable!
