About Event

Presented by Building Digital, co-hosted with EllisDon & Hilti.

Exclusive working session.
Co-authorship in an industry whitepaper.

Building Digital's Industry All-Hands is a closed, invitation-only working session for senior construction and ConTech executives who are ready to do more than discuss the industry's challenges. This is where they help define the answers.

  • The morning session is structured work. Participants are placed into curated groups, each solving a Problem Statement drawn from the industry's most pressing challenge.

  • The afternoon session shifts to a live panel format, where a representative from each group discusses their team’s solution and recommendation.

  • Every workshop attendee's participation is credited in a co-authored industry whitepaper.

What's included with your Early Bird & General Admission ticket:

  • Full access to all ideation sessions and live panel discussions

  • Breakfast, lunch, beverages, and a post-event cocktail reception

  • Credit as a co-author in the official post-event whitepaper, produced by Building Digital

  • A digital copy of the final published whitepaper and shareable content for your personal channels

Who attends: Directors, VPs, CTOs, and CIOs from construction and ConTech organizations.

Kindly note: This event is not a forum for tech vendors to sell, showcase, or pitch software products.

All registrations are reviewed and approved before a seat is confirmed. We evaluate each applicant on seniority, decision-making authority, and the perspective they bring to the room.

Registration does not guarantee attendance.
You will not be charged until your registration is approved.

Problem Statements:

  1. Track A—Technology Governance in Construction: Who Owns the Decision to Scale?

    • The construction industry's technology adoption failure is not a product problem; it is a governance and organizational design problem. Who owns the decision to scale, and what structure makes it possible?

  2. Track B—The Productivity ROI: Building the Executive Case for Technology Investment

    • Construction productivity has stagnated for two decades while the industry's volume has grown dramatically. What does the ROI measurement framework, investment thesis, and board-defensible case look like at scale?

Please select your Problem Statement preference in the registration form. Kindly note that Problem Statements will be assigned according to your role and expertise.

How to Prepare:

Approved registrants will receive a pre-workshop packet that will detail their assigned Problem Statement and the framework for the working sessions. Bring your laptop, a notepad, and yourself—that's it. Arrive with a point of view or a perspective shaped by your experience, not a polished answer.
