Safe to Be Seen: A Workshop on Safety
We all need safety in order to shine.
That feeling of safety starts from the inside.
Only then it can grow on the outside.
This workshop is about feeling safe enough to be seen (ánd shine) as you are.
We explore both internal and external safety: because only when your inner world feels safe and steady, you can expand your comfort zone in the outer world, share your true colors and and step into your power there. 🎨
In a world that often rewards performance and perfection, letting yourself be truly seen can feel vulnerable — even unsafe. That's why we are hosting Safe to Be Seen: a 2.5-hour experiential workshop designed to help you grow your inner ánd outer sense of safety. Alone and together, we'll focus on visibility, taking up space & the power of vulnerability and authenticity. ❤️
Structure:
Opening & welcome ritual ✨
Arriving, meditation & setting the space together
Internal safety ✨
Guided journaling, reflection & self-connection exercises
Tools to regulate the nervous system
To feel at home with yourself, even with other people
External safety ✨
Embodiment & group exercises to expand your comfort zone
Take up space without apologizing
To express yourself without shrinking, hiding, or second-guessing
Closing circle ✨
Final words, connections & reflections
Inside the workshop, you will:
Build a deeper sense of inner safety through writing and somatic practices
Explore unconscious blocks around visibility and self-expression (what feels uncomfortable and overwhelming, and why?)
Strengthen your capacity to stay grounded while being witnessed
Practice authentic presence without masks, roles, or people-pleasing
Expand your comfort zone in being seen
Experience supportive group sharing that normalizes vulnerability and celebrates your expression
You will leave with: ❤️
A deeper sense of inner safety
