Innocence in Entrepreneurship: A New Global Model for Relationship-Based Investing (Pilot Program)

​Join 360 Social Impact Studio and its partner, Innocent Technologies, for this innovative new program for investors, mentors, and coaches who are committed to igniting the entrepreneurial spirit of historically marginalized and under-represented founders.

​Participants in this program will learn a new global model for relationship-based investing that is focused on intentionally transforming inequitable patterns in the funding journey for BIPOC and other marginalized founders.

​Through a series of workshops and coaching, investors and mentors will develop new knowledge and skills to help replace systemic racism with systemic innocence, patterns free of implicit or explicit racial bias, in their interactions and relationships with founders. 

​Using a human-centered approach, participants will create practical tools they will be able to begin using immediately while fostering a new understanding of the future of American entrepreneurship. Participants will:

• ​Minimize the inherited sense of ‘guilt’ that our culture bestows on BIPOC and other marginalized founders
  

• ​Learn how to create more value for founders beyond financial investment
  

• ​Understand the critical role of innocence in reaching, and unleashing, your personal and organizational goals.
