Violeta Luca, CEO of Vodafone Czech Republic, brings more than two decades of leadership experience across technology, retail, e-commerce and telecommunications. Having led complex transformation initiatives at companies such as Metro, Whirlpool, Flanco, eMAG and, later, Microsoft in Romania and then in Czech Republic & Slovakia, Violeta now leads Vodafone in the Czech market, driving digital innovation and empowerment at national scale.
