Intake Systems and Client Conversion for Law Firms: The Five-Minute Test
What happens in the twenty minutes after someone fills in your contact form, and how to measure it at your own firm.
Most firms don't have a lead problem. They have a gap between a form submission and a human voice, and almost none of them know how long theirs is.
This session is about that gap: how to measure it, what it costs, and what an intake system looks like when it's built properly. We'll run a live response test during the hour so you can see the gap rather than take our word for it.
What the session covers
Response time. What actually happens between a form submission and a human voice, why the first few minutes decide the outcome, and how a firm measures its own response time rather than guessing at it.
Qualification. Building the criteria and the script that separate a case from a phone number, and recording the answers so the attorney walks into an informed consult.
Staffing, training and supervision. Who takes the calls, how they're trained on a specific practice area before the first lead arrives, and how call quality is checked rather than assumed.
Follow-up and recovery. Callback sequences, how no answers are worked instead of dropped, and recovering a consult after a no-show.
Measurement. Response times, contact rates and consults booked, and what those numbers mean when you read them against what you're spending on advertising.
Who it's for
Firm owners and managing partners responsible for where new matters come from, particularly firms already spending on advertising. You'll leave able to measure your own intake and say where it's losing cases.
