​Tech Pathways: Hosted by Notion × Women in Computing

​Are you a Northwestern student thinking about a career in tech and not sure which path is right for you? Tech Pathways is a panel and open-networking event designed to help you explore Software Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design as you prepare for the 2026 recruiting cycle.

​We’ll start with a 20-minute panel featuring women who have interned in SWE, PM, and Product Design roles, sharing honest insights into recruiting, day-to-day work, and how they prepared for their internships. After the panel, the room will open up for casual, free-flowing networking, allowing attendees to move between role-based groups, ask questions, and connect directly with panelists and peers.

​Whether you’re early in your exploration or actively preparing for recruiting, Tech Pathways is designed to give you clarity, direction, and real conversations to help you plan what’s next.
