​Join EMERGE-Well and 128 PHOTO Studio for an intimate Mommy + Me experience designed for moms and their little ones, with a mother-centered approach to movement, reflection, and connection. Children of all ages are welcome and can participate as it feels natural.

​Enjoy a gentle yoga session, a supportive conversation around matrescence and motherhood, and professional candid and portrait photography to capture this special season with your little one.

​This is a morning to slow down, reconnect with yourself, connect with your baby, and meet other local mothers in a warm, welcoming space.
