​How can we grow and ground ourselves when relationship challenges like these seem to leave us withered, embittered or broken hearted?

​A special write-to-heal-heartache workshop for those navigating difficult or challenging “love" relationships. 

​This workshop may be for you if:

​- You have either been in or are currently in a consistently challenging or “co-dependent” relationship with a primary partner.

​- You are exploring the impact of past relationships in order to stay conscious and loyal to your integrity and healthy choices.

​Join Alexandra Vassilaros, Pulitzer finalist and Make Meaning Workshop Founder, for a write-to-heal-heartache workshop for those who are suffering or have suffered in codependent, painful or unfulfilling relationships.

​In this safe and boundaried session we practice writing, reading and deep-listening to shift our perspective, reclaim our energy and discover more about ourselves and the ways we can grow and heal after our relationship choices harm or hijack us.

​Absolutely no writing experience is necessary to participate.
